Psychology Care Coordination
Our Psychological Care Coordinators play a crucial role in monitoring each case throughout the evaluation process. They collect and update relevant data every month to ensure that our psychological team has the most current information to support the evaluation. Coordinators review the evaluation with each member, ensuring they fully understand all aspects, from the clinical interview and test scores to the diagnosis, and make sure that the doctor’s recommendations are being implemented. Additionally, they provide support for IEPs, 504 Plans, and offer advocacy and resource assistance within the community for one month after the evaluation review.
